Q: How long does shipping generally take?
Your order is fulfilled through Printful and usually ships within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.

Q: Is my product made to order?
Yes! All clothing and merchandise are made-to-order. This ensures each item is fresh and high-quality, but it also means we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges.

Q: What if there’s a problem with my order?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at johnyprsm@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A brief explanation of the issue

We’ll review your case and do our best to make it right.

Q: Can I order a photo to print that isn’t on the website?
Absolutely! Every photo taken by JohnyPrsm is available to purchase. If you see a photo you’d like printed that isn’t already listed, email johnyprsm@gmail.com with the photo details, and we’ll get it sorted.

Q: Can I request a special or custom order?
Yes! Contact prsmproducts@gmail.com with your request, and the PRSM team will accommodate custom orders wherever possible.

Q: When will we see our photos?

  • Sneak peeks: delivered roughly 1 week after your session

  • Full gallery: typically 3–5 weeks or less

Editing is an important part of the process, so we take the time needed to make your photos look amazing.

Q: Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes! Destination sessions, both in the U.S. and internationally, are welcomed. Travel and accommodations are handled by JP.

Q: What if we’re camera shy?
Don’t worry! I’ll guide you through the entire session. You just need to show up ready to have fun. I’ll make sure you look and feel confident in every shot.

Q: Can I request special or personalized photoshoots?
